20-Ton Hydraulic Stubby Bottle Jack

This hydraulic jack is designed to make any job easier. Its low profile design allows it to fit underneath tight spots, dropping down to just 6 5/8in.H at its lowest point. This makes it perfect for use in automotive and ag repair shops, on loading docks, in industrial environments, and other small spaces.

The jack has a 6 5/8in.–10 7/8in. lift range, with a knurled heat-treated pad and 1 1/4in. screw adjustment for fine-tuning, providing the versatility needed for different tasks. It also has a steel carrying handle for easy transport.

Built with the highest grades of rugged steel and wear-resistant Y style sealing rings, this jack is designed for top performance and reliability. The QT 450 Nodular Iron hydraulic pump and high/low temperature-resistant hydraulic oil further ensure its quality.

The piston-ram is treated and polished to resist thinning over time and utilizes a Y-Style polyurethane sealing ring with a backup ring to prevent the load from falling slowly or oil drift. Each Strongway jack is built in ISO facilities and engineered using the same systems as Aerospace Technologies and the Automotive OEM sector, meeting strict ASME PALD 2009 standards and requirements.

This stubby bottle jack is suitable for everyday vertical lifting in a variety of jobs, with a lead-free paint finish that is oil, grease, and dirt-resistant for easy cleanup. Key specifications include a lift capacity of 20 tons, a max lift height of 10.88 in, a min lift height of 6.63 in, and a ram travel of 3 in.
